Who we are

Krafstyle (“we”, “us”) is an online store for men’s watches and accessories based in Lagos, Nigeria, operating at krafstyle.com. You can contact us at hi@krafstyle.com or on WhatsApp at +234 803 480 0221.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, the items you buy and any notes you add.
• Account details: if you create an account, your login email and password (stored encrypted).
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
• Technical data: basic device, browser and usage information collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not collect or store your card details. Card, bank transfer and USSD payments are processed securely by Paystack under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including confirming delivery fees and arranging delivery.
• To contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To run your account and keep the site secure.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To send offers only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the people who help us serve you: payment providers (such as Paystack), delivery and logistics partners, our website hosting and analytics providers, and advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok and Snap) through the tracking tools described under Cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep items in your bag, remember your currency choice and keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand site traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work properly without them.

We also use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Snap. These place cookies or similar tracking pixels that record which pages you view, what you add to your bag and whether you complete an order. We use this to measure our adverts, show them to people who may be interested, and reach people who have visited the store. You can limit this through your browser settings, your ad preferences on each platform, or by contacting us at hi@krafstyle.com.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and other personal information only for as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To make a request, email hi@krafstyle.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
