About these terms

Products and prices

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or finish may appear on different screens.
• Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦). Prices shown in US dollars or pounds are estimates for reference only; you are always charged in naira.
• If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or payment cannot be confirmed; if you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Payment

• Online payments are processed by Paystack (card, bank transfer or USSD), or by direct bank transfer to our account.
• Pay on delivery is available for Lagos orders only. Please have the exact amount ready or pay by transfer when your order arrives.
• For orders outside Lagos, the delivery fee is a fixed amount by state, shown at checkout; payment is due before dispatch.

Delivery

We deliver across Nigeria for a fixed fee by state, shown at checkout before you pay; delivery in Lagos is free. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control. See delivery and payment for details.

Problems with your order

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
